As the Department of Management and Organization, we continue our work with the mission of training well-equipped individuals who can meet the needs of the dynamic and rapidly changing business world. The Human Resource Management and Logistics programs within our department aim to develop our students' theoretical and practical knowledge by offering opportunities for specialization in their respective fields.
The Human Resource Management Program focuses on the effective management of human resources, one of the most important resources of our time, and trains future professional human resource managers. In our program, we provide our students with modern human resource management techniques from a broad perspective, covering current human resource management, measurement and evaluation in human resources, and employee relations.
The Logistics Program aims to train professionals who can effectively and efficiently manage logistics processes, which are becoming increasingly important in a globalizing world. We provide our students with a solid foundation in critical areas such as contemporary logistics practices, Industry 4.0 applications in logistics, international transportation, storage, and distribution systems.
Our department focuses on developing not only our students' professional knowledge and skills but also their personal competencies such as analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication, through an innovative and student-centered approach to education. Our academic staff consists of expert and experienced faculty members and instructors who provide one-on-one support to meet our students' needs.
